Payment information

We are an advanced purchase business. This means that we will charge the full cost of your booking at the time of booking and will hold your receipt for your arrival.

In the event that we are unable to process your booking costs at the time of booking we will contact you to provide alternative options for payment. If this is not provided in advance of your arrival we will begin a procedure to cancel your booking and will notify you accordingly.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers and cash.

VAT is included in the total cost of your booking and a reciept reflecting this is included in your arrival pack

Cancellations

There are two different policies available

1) Non refundable -

  • this booking type can only be cancelled with a refund if you provide more than 30 days notice prior to the arrival date for the booking

2) Flexible 2 week policy -

  • This policy is more expensive than the standard non refundable option by 10%
  • You need only give 2 weeks notice prior to arrival date for this booking type to be cancelled with full refund.
