Payment information

We are an advanced purchase business. This means that we will charge the full cost of your booking at the time of booking and will hold your receipt for your arrival.

In the event that we are unable to process your booking costs at the time of booking we will contact you to provide alternative options for payment. If this is not provided in advance of your arrival we will begin a procedure to cancel your booking and will notify you accordingly.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfers and cash.

We are VAT registered and this is already included in the total cost of your booking. Please ask for a VAT receipt if required.

Cancellations

Standard policy in our terms and conditions is that we will not provide refunds or alterations to bookings. However, if you are able to provide us with four or more weeks notice, we will generally make a full refund or alteration to a booking where available Disclaimer, please note the position as outlined in your contract and terms and conditions is legally binding and whilst we have expressed a desire to be reasonable it should not be considered contractually binding.
